Ingredients:

· Dried seaweed 10g
· Soft tofu 200g (cubed)
· Water 800ml
· Light soy sauce 1 tsp
· Salt to taste
· White pepper a pinch
· Sesame oil 1/2 tsp

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the seaweed
    Rinse dried seaweed briefly and tear into small pieces.
  2. Prepare the tofu
    Cut tofu into small cubes and rinse gently.
  3. Boil the water
    Bring water to a boil in a pot.
  4. Cook the tofu
    Add tofu cubes and simmer gently for about 2 minutes.
  5. Add seaweed and seasoning
    Add seaweed, soy sauce, salt, and white pepper; stir gently.
  6. Finish and serve
    Turn off heat, drizzle in sesame oil, and serve warm.
