每周一素2024年12月 第3周：菠菜粉丝素水饺 菜品简介： 菠菜与粉丝的结合，清爽滑嫩，简单又美味。 材料： 饺子皮，菠菜200克，粉丝50克，姜末5克，盐、五香粉、香油适量。 制作步骤： 1. 菠菜焯水切碎，挤干水分；粉丝泡软切段备用。 2. 将菠菜和粉丝混合，加入姜末和调料拌匀。 3. 包成饺子，坐锅烧水，水开后放入饺子，待饺子漂起来即可出锅。 小贴士： • 粉丝需提前泡软，切小段更易包制。 • 菠菜焯水可去除草酸，更有利于健康。 • 多余生饺子可以冷冻备用。
