Tofu and Zucchini Vegetarian Dumplings

Introduction:

The combination of tender tofu and fresh zucchini is low-fat and healthy.

Ingredients:

• Dumpling wrappers

• 200g zucchini

• 150g tender tofu

• Salt and sesame oil to taste

Production steps:

1.Shred the zucchini, sprinkle with salt and marinate for a while, squeeze out the water; cut the tofu into small pieces and crush.

2.Mix the zucchini and tofu, add salt and sesame oil and mix well.

3.Wrap in dumpling wrappers and cook until done.

Tips:

• Zucchini needs to be fully squeezed dry, otherwise it is easy to break the skin.

• Add a little corn starch to increase the viscosity of the filling.
