Ingredients:
· Dried black fungus – 30g
· Cucumber – 1
· Coriander – a little
· Light soy sauce – 1 tbsp
· Sesame oil – 1 tsp
· Vinegar – 1 tsp
· Chili oil – a little
· Salt – to taste
Instructions:
1. Preparation:
Soak dried black fungus until soft, wash and blanch briefly, then drain. Cut cucumber into chunks or smash into pieces. Chop coriander.
2. Dressing:
Mix light soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, chili oil, and salt in a bowl.
3. Mixing:
Combine black fungus, cucumber, and coriander in a bowl. Pour in dressing and toss well.
4. Serving:
Let sit for 5 minutes to absorb flavor, then serve.
Tip:
This version omits garlic for a lighter flavor, making it more suitable for vegetarians.
