Dish Introduction:

The combination of spinach and vermicelli is refreshing, tender, simple and delicious.

Ingredients:

Dumpling wrappers,spinach 200g,vermicelli50g,minced ginger 5g,Salt and five spice powder, sesame oil to taste.

Production steps:

1. Blanch the spinach and chop it, squeeze out the water; soak the vermicelli until soft and cut into sections for later use.

2. Mix the spinach and vermicelli, add the minced ginger and seasoning and mix well.

3. Make dumplings, boil water in a pot, put the dumplings in after the water boils, and remove from the pot when the dumplings float up.

Tips:

• Vermicelli needs to be soaked in advance and cut into small sections for easier wrapping.

• Raw dumplings can be frozen in the refrigerator for later use.
